Refund Policy

1. Overview: At Smart Computers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our services, training programs, or products.

2. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
   For Training Programs:
      Full refund if cancellation is requested within 3 days of enrollment and before the first session.
      50% refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of course start date.
      No refund after 7 days of course commencement or if more than 25% of the course is completed.

   For Software/IT Services:
      If the project has not yet started, a full refund is possible.
      If the project is in progress, a partial refund may be issued after deducting resource and work charges.
      No refund for completed projects or after final delivery.

3. Non-refundable Items:
   Domain/Hosting purchases
   Custom-developed software components
   Services consumed or delivered in full
   Processing fees and third-party service charges

      Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
      Check your bank or payment provider again
      Contact your credit card company
      If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
